Builder Information

Schult

Schult Homes, a division of Clayton homes, has offered a quality product to value-conscious consumers for over seventy-five years. Throughout that long history, Schult has been at the forefront of the evolution that has taken place in the industry, seeing manufactured and modular homes gain the features, amenities and perceived value of site-built homes. In fact, their quality product and business model caught the eye of one of America's most famous investors, Warren Buffett, resulting in Buffet's company, Berkshire Hathaway, buying the company in 2003.

Schult offers a wide variety of homes, floorplans, price ranges, and features.

Fuqua

Fuqua Homes featured by Hinn's Homes are built in Boonville, Missouri. Fuqua utilizes a multi-million dollar building facility, skilled job-specific craftsmen, precision tools, and the newest building technologies to offer a better way of building a new home compared to traditional methods. Fuqua stick builds homes in an environmentally controlled building center which assures the materials are never exposed to the rain and snow that can cause freezing, warping, bowing, swelling, and splitting of the lumber and decking. Also, problems associated with mold are virtually eliminated since the building material is not exposed to the elements. A wide range of models and plans are available including log homes and two-story models.

Fuqua Building Systems is a proud member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Canadian Manufactured Housing Institute.
