- Helping you choose the right home for you - modular homes, manufactured homes (sectional or single-section homes) -- making sure you have complete information on models, floor plans, options and pricing.
- Assisting with financing for your new home, including construction loans, FHA financing and options for first-time homebuyers.
- Consulting on your site selection, if needed, and assisting with site preparation - including basements and foundations, water and sewer, and other utilities.
- Recommending and coordinating with contractors.
- Working with the manufacturer, making sure orders are correct and deadlines are met.
- Managing the assemblage process from arrival of the unit to end of completion.
